SHIPPING DAMAGE

  • In case your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product so we’re able to file a complaint with the carrier.
  • We will also ship you a replacement product.
  • Any claims not emailed within 24 hours of receipt will not be honoured.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

  • In any case where the product is deemed defective or faulty, we will replace the product or issue a refund.
  • All you need to do is notify us within 5 days of receiving the item by sending an email to [email protected].
  • Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will not be accepted.
  • In case the item is damaged during return shipping, we will not accept the return and you will need to file a complaint with the carrier.
