SHIPPING DAMAGE

In case your product has arrived damaged (check the packaging on arrival) please take pictures of the outer packaging and the product where the damage occurred and contact us within 24 hours so we can contact the carrier as soon as possible.

We’ll take you through the process and will replace the product.

Any claims not emailed within 24 hours of the delivery date will not be honoured.

Email us to [email protected] including clear pictures of defective parts and the packaging in arrived in.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In any case where the product is deemed defective or faulty, we will replace the product. All you need to do is notify us within 3 days of receiving the item by sending an email to [email protected]

We do not refund products that have been used.

Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will not be accepted.

RETURNS

We won’t accept any returns or exchanges, except for an item in flawed or damaged condition.

In case of larger sized products, please select carefully considering your space and the size of the product before the purchase.
