SHIPPING DAMAGE

In case your product has arrived damaged (check the packaging on arrival) please take pictures of the outer packaging and the product where the damage occurred and contact us within 24 hours so we can contact the carrier as soon as possible.

We’ll take you through the process and will replace the product.

Any claims not emailed within 24 hours of the delivery date will not be honoured.

Email us to [email protected] including clear pictures of defective parts and the packaging in arrived in.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In any case where the product is deemed defective or faulty, we will replace the product. All you need to do is notify us within 3 days of receiving the item by sending an email to [email protected].

We do not refund products that have been used.

Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will not be accepted.

RETURNS

We won’t accept any change of mind returns or exchanges.

We will replace items in flawed or damaged condition. We will also replace any part that became damaged due to the manufacturing fault. If you believe you received a faulty item or an item that doesn’t meet the quality you expected, please email us. Please include details and attach images where we can see clearly that the damage resulted from the quality issue.

In case of larger sized products, please select carefully considering your space and the size of the product before the purchase. If you are unsure, feel free to get in touch with us. We are more than happy to assist with more detailed measurements or additional information about the product you’re interested in.

Please check your order confirmation carefully (check if the address is correct and if your purchased the right product). If you purchased a wrong product, you can return it to us, but please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund and you will need to cover the shipping cost back to us. Depending on the size of the package this may result in a significant refund deduction so please make sure to check your order details before we ship it to you. Thank you for understanding.

If you are unsure if the product will be used by your cat, you’re welcome to get in touch before the purchase for a consultation. In your email, please let us know what you would like to reach, your cat’s age and a little bit about your cat’s personality. We have been learning from many cats about their natural behaviour and how they interact with furniture around the home. We can have a look together at what product could possibly work best for your cat and your home. If you prefer a consultation on the phone, include your best contact number and we will reach out to you. We aim to find the best possible solution for your situation and want you to benefit from our products as much as possible.
